The Orleans County Courthouse at 247 Main Street in Newport is temporarily closed to the public. Court assistance and forms are available at the Orleans Criminal Courthouse located next door at 217 Main Street. All hearings will be held in person at 217 Main Street unless you are notified otherwise.

Reporting Instructions: All jurors are to report at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2026, for Jury Draw. Please bring your summons for express check-in.

You may use street parking on Center and Court Street. You do NOT need to pay the parking meters on April 27th, please obey all other traffic signs.

The next scheduled jury draw at Rutland Civil Court will be Tuesday, May 19th, 2026.
